Your Guilt-Free Mom Coach
If you’re like most moms, your kids are your number one priority; however, you haven't quite figured out how to make yourself a priority, honour your true self and listen to your needs without feeling guilty about it. You love being a mom and you adore your kids, but you also want to work and have your own life. So how do you balance it all?
Before we go any further, let's agree that there's nothing wrong with you! I'll guess you put a ton of pressure on yourself and have extremely high expectations. As working moms, we think we should be able to do it all. And do it all – perfectly. This almost always sets us up for failure. No matter what we do or how hard we try, it doesn’t work out the way we want it to.
There is a solution...You can consistently feel happy, fulfilled, and balanced in your work and home life, without the guilty feelings! (I should know; I’m a working mom who has walked in your guilty, stressed out shoes, and I’m not ashamed to tell you about it.) Becoming a guilt-free mom doesn't have to be difficult if you approach it the right way. It takes knowing what strategies, techniques and tips to use and being honest with yourself.
