These are the 7 steps of The Guilt-Free Mom Program that I’ve created to help other working moms get rid of their toxic guilt for good. Please understand that The Guilt-Free Mom Program is just an approach. We can customize the program to fit your needs.

How quickly can I expect to see results?
That all depends on your dedication and the determination you have to make positive changes in your life. That said, virtually all my clients see results within the first few weeks in the form of less stress, more balance and patience, and fuller, healthier habits all around.

Yes. The result of our work is a way for you to live the life you truly want, guilt-free. Understand that it's not a "quick fix," it's not magic and it takes consistent action to get rid of the guilt for good. A little about my background.
After working as an independent consultant for a multi-level marketing company for 6 years, I got pregnant. I put my business dreams and goals on hold to become a full time stay-at-home mom.

After 6 months, I decided I wanted to work again. I felt guilty for my decision and didn’t know how to balance all the roles I had. I started reading every book I could find on guilt, time management, balance and self-care and created a process using the tips, tools and techniques I learned. I was able to get rid of my guilt, raise a happy son and work all at the same time.

Since then, I have helped countless working moms who struggle with feeling guilty and would like to get rid of the guilt so they can raise a happy family and have a successful career at the same time. Best of all, I’m in the trenches with you, so I never approach working with you from an “I know better than you” perspective. I’m your objective thinking partner and I’m here to support you in any way I can.
